There will be a Facebook support group to come hang out for the time in between calls. I will personally be there as well to answer questions Monday-Friday for in between our Zoom calls.

Yes! I'm confident you can do this. While the program has a lot of material, you can definitely do this on your own time. No matter how much of the course material you get through, you can always join the bi-weekly Zoom calls and ask your questions to get yourself started. I am super passionate about not making wellness and healing a full-time job. At the end of each course module, there are action items. We can also discuss what you uniquely should do for your own goals on the Zoom calls.
You'll be given access to the entire course and you can skip to the modules you feel you need most help with first. The modules are a no-fluff way of easily getting the information needed to you. You can do all of this at your convenience. The bi-weekly Zoom calls will be about 1 hour per week which you can attend live or watch the recording submitting your questions prior.
